Iine item Pending in QA32 , after TF with 321 Mtype

Dear Experts,

My user  moved the stock by using 321 Mtype. without UD.

Now the Problem is line item is still showing in QA32 , ( stock moved Unrestricted)

how to clear this line Item ?

Sorry.. but I would be very surprised if your user moved stock with a 321 from QI stock to UR if QM is active.

Please double check all material numbers, batch numbers, plant numbers, etc.. and make sure they ALL match.  Look at when the inspection lot was created, make sure it matches to the EXACT stock that the use says they moved out.  I.e. the stock that was moved out of QI, should have a material document that shows when it went INTO quality stock and that material document should link to the inspection lot.

Also, what kind of inspection lot is it?  04? 01? 89?  It might be a non-stock relevant inspection lot in which case you can just make the UD.

I guess you have done the Stock posting but didn't give UD and you see the inspection lot with Red/Yellow indicator.

Complete the UD and you'll see the green indicator which implies completion of Inspection lot.
