Campaign automation - planned start

Hi,

I configured a campaign automation in system and I want to define that the campaign should be executed tomorrow at 9 PM.

Where am I able to define this start date? Because on campaign automation screen I just see the button: Start campaign and this starts the campaign automatically. If the campaign has the periodic flag to run everyday, a workflow task is automatically executed and a new one is with status WAITING to be processed tomorrow at the time we Start the Campaign.

I want to have the possibility to define a start time for campaign automation (workflow), the same as when we start a campaign via job.

How can I do this?

Hi Susana,

If you click on Campaign Automation button, it will take you to the automation screen and there you can assign the Start Date/Time. Also for any element you can set some delay as well.
