( I attached a picture with the message )

And in the Domain Log i have these messages.

What is the version of SUP and IOS you are using ?

There were known issues with IOS 7, but it should have been fixed.

Hi Midhun,

The I have SMP 2.3 SP03

And I test with IOS6 and IOS7.

I saw it's available a new support package but i don't know if that solves the Issue.

Thanks

Hi Ricardo,

Are you going through a reverse proxy or Relay Server from iOS to the server?

Thanks,

Andrew.

Hi Andrew, I'm using a Relay Server I was installed the relay with a sup 2.2 and when i upgraded the Sup to SMP 2.3 i didn't do anything in the Relay Server, it's necessary do any update or install the relay from the current SMP version?.

Thanks

Hi Ricardo,

I think you should upgrade the Relay Server to the version that came with your SMP 2.3 installation as well.

Thanks,

Andrew.

Hi Andrew
I updated from relay server 12 to relay server 16 and i updated the from SMP 2.3 SP03 to SMP 2.3 SP04.

I got the same errors and now the error "HTTP 400 " too.

Thanks

Hi Ricardo,

Was your HWC upgraded from a previous version (e.g. from 2.2 SP04?), or you are setting this with a brand new 2.3 SP04 iOS HWC installation?

I also just saw a similar problem reported and it turned out there was a compression module enabled on the Apache Relay Server that was causing issues.  Disabling the Apache compression resolved the connectivity problem.  Do you have something similar in your landscape?

Thanks,

Andrew.

Hi Andrew,

Im trying to connect with an ipad with the HWC downloaded from the apple store and with an IOS Simulator with the lastest version with come with the SDK.

We are using a reverse proxy for privacy policies in my company, and the relay server 16.

Hi Ricardo,

Please try with your iOS Simulator directly to the SUP server to help narrow down the problem.  e.g. remove the reverse proxy and relay server from the picture for now.

Thanks,

Andrew.

Hi Andew,

You're right the problem is with the reverse proxy i tested the connection directly with the SMP server and the HWC connection works and with the connection directly with the Relay Server and works too.

Thanks!!!
