Error CV01N and CV02N content server

Hi, we have an content server configured on aix using apache and maxdb, the configuration on OAC0 and CSADMIN are ok, but when i try archive an document on CV01N or CV02N, an error occurs: "Error while checking in and storing", on SLG1 i can see the following logs:

Connection to http://xxxxx.xxxx.xxx.xx:1090/ContentServer/Conte: Document does not contain any data

An error occurred when calling module SCMS_DOC_CREATE_FILES

Message no. 1R579

Diagnosis

Exception number                                                   7 occurred when function module SCMS_DOC_CREATE_FILES was called with document 5333457CC61910C0E1008000AC11DD66

I tried many others apache's versions, but without sucess.

Can anyone help us?

Hi Josue ,

Execute Report : RSCMST for the repository configured in the content server and check whether this returns any error or not.

Hi Josue,

Please check the certificate you have send is active in CSADMIN or not?

Also check the repository setting in the settings tab for ContRepRoot, Storage and Security?

Hi,

Seems like n/w problem. Could you check the program RSHTTP80 in SE38. There you can find the reason if its mainly issue in n/w.

Thank you by return, i ran RSHTTP80, but the result was the same:

http://xxxxx.xxxx.xxx.xx:1090/ContentServer/Conte: Document does not contain any data

Hi,

Could you restart your server if it is possible?? And check again.

Hi Josue,

It looks like content server on AIX is not running.

Refer to content server installation on Unix in the link below

Hi Deepak,

Thank you by return, but the content server is running, the result of url test http://xxxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx:1090/ContentServer/ContentServer.dll?serverInfo  

returned the server information, in the CSADMIN i can see the content server with status running.

I saw sap note 16403, but the tests in this note, returned only the error at the begining of this discussion.
