it's possible to change the font size of an Internet Service?
How I can find to which CSS (Mime repository?) is related an ITS?

Yes this is possible.
If it is an ITSMobile service - you can use the parameter: ~ITSMOBILECSSINCLUDE
See the following WIKI:
Service Parameter and Settings - Wiki - SCN Wiki
and create the CSS file in SE80
Same goes for IAC's
See the SAP HELP - the Cascading Stylesheets (CSS) are stored in the MIME's folder
SAP Library - SAP ITS in SAP NetWeaver Application Server

Thanks Oisin but my service is not an ITSMobile service, so I don't think that the change of the font can be done with the parameters settings.
Recent ITS use Unified Rendering. You can use UI Theme Designer to change one of the provided themes.

What ITS version are you using? What is your BASIS and Kernel version?
Are you developing the IAC's in SE80 and publishing from there to the INTERNAL ITS?
The service should have the ~theme parameter set
to match the folder were you have the CSS file located in the MIME's folder
