Hi Expert,

I am working on Environment Compliance(EC) , and trying to generate a report. The generated report is in XML format, Can any one please suggest the solution to convert it into Excel.

Hi Mayank,

SAP EC 3.0 it is possible to download the XML data for created SAP EC 3.0 reports. Therefore a Webservice was created that can be used for different external reporting tools like Crystal Reports, Excel or Xcelsius.

If you are facing any problem to get access tool for reporting via XMLDownload please get in touch with the developer or abaper if there are any issues regarding refreshing of data and no authorization pop up appears.

Below attachment describes how to get the XML Data using Excel and then how to import this Excel in Xcelsius.

Hi Mayank,

Open a excel first and then using open button in excel, select the xml you want to convert with option

" as an XML table". This will open your xml into excel format.
