CM25 - Not able to do dispatch or deallocate orders

After making changes to routing group Operation Base Quantity, I am not able to dispatch or de-allocate or do any of the change options in CM25. Has anyone faced this scenario before?

Hi Radhakrishnan,

First do the read PP master data of these orders and then dispatch these order by using CM25.

Thank you for the reply.

So after changes in master data, does CM25 prevent all changes?

Also What can be done about Planned Orders? As read PP master data is for Production Orders

CM25 does not read the changes until and unless you do the Read PP master data of these orders.

Also What can be done about Planned Orders?

For planned order you can run the MRP again with planning mode 2 or 3.  If planned orders are firmed then you need to delete them and run the MRP again. Also note when you convert the planned order to production order system reexplode the BOM routing so system will consider the changes done in master data.

The issue was resolved by updating SAP GUI Patch.
