Failed to launch PB .Net 12.5

Dear Sir or Madam,

  I am not able to launch my PowerBuilder .Net 12.5. It prompted below message. Anybody can please enlighten me?  Many thanks.

C:\Program Files\Sybase\PowerBuilder 12.5\pbshell.exe

The application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Resintalling the application may fix this problem.

I had installed PB10, PB11.5, PB12 and PB12.5 classic installed on my pc now.

On which O.S is PB 12.5 installed?

Are you sure prerequisites were installed for the .NET version?

Look at the Windows Event Log for any errors. Sometimes, some C++ DLLs could not be found (hence a resintall be may needed).
