Form 16 will fetch your payroll cluster values.
So make sure that the payroll cluster table is consistent.

Can you tell me what Period Parameter assigned to your Payroll Area.
Can you also paste the Dates of FY 2013 & 2014 here for your Period Parameter.

Uncheck 40AY switch.

@ Rabi, I have checked the Payroll Period Parameters. they are good
@ Kedar, there is no separation for the employees in IT0041
1. The issue is with all the employees
2. I thought there might be probelm with Fisical Year Variant and checked that as well... it is also ok.
Do I need to implement any NOTES?
