Unable to reach RFC destination in Content administration workbench in /crystal/rptadmin, please find the below screenshot. kindly help on this.

Hi Suman,

Please follow the below given steps to solve the "Verify BOE Definition" Issue

System -> Enterprise System

Alias Name : SAP_BI ( Mentioned any appropriate alias name)

CMS Name   : CMSName:6400 (BOE CMS Name with Port No.)

RFC Destinations ->

Destination Name

Add the valid RFC Destination created between BI and BOE Server (It may be TCP/IP or HTTP Successful Connections in SM59)

HTTP -> Web Connectivity

Protocol : http

Web Server Host and Port : Host:6400 (Server Host Name with Port No.)

Path: SAP

Viewer Application : reportview.do

Languages -> Active Languages

Add the valid Language eg.: English (You can add many languages)

Roles -> Active Roles

Add the Role name which are assigned to the BI User (BI User who can able to logon to CMC & BI Launchpad of BOE Server)

Layout ->

Content Base Folder : /SAP/2.0/

Default Security policy for reports : Full Control

Default Security Policy for role folders : Full Control
