Cannot do initial load for customizing objects

I installed the CRM IDES System for project evaluation and I need to connect it to sandbox ERP system. I created all recommended configurations in the both systems, but I cannot make initial load for customizing objects from ERP to CRM IDES.

I got error message Hierarchy R3PRODHIER may only be changed in the or iginal system T90CLNT09 for object DNL_CUST_PROD1.

Hi Kisselev,

Ok...I got the issue. You have to execute the BDLS, then the material tables will get updated with your current ECC system. If you check in tables like COMM_PRODUCT, COMM_PRSHTEXT etc, you will see one field with data element COMT_LOGSYS. And this field will be having the value T90CLNT09 for the products if you see the table entries.

In order to avoid this issue, what you can do is that you can run the BDLS( may require basis help) and once you run this all tables get updated with right logical system. This will resolve your issue.

Hi Faisal PC,

I solved my problem by this way:

1.Executed report BDLS

2.Executed report COM_HIERARCHY_DELETE_ALL

3.Load object DNL_CUST_PROD1

After that I loaded MATERIAL object.
