Best methods and ways of learning about material management before training in SAP MM?

Hi All

Need your guidance here,iam at the first step ,joined now in SAP MM and need methods of learning and ways that i should take before attending the training of SAP MM.Iam a fresher with 2 yrs of experience in production support(RETAIL)

Saikumar,

Not sure what you mean by "joined now in SAP MM". Do you have a job where you do SAP MM? Are you planning to take coursework through a certified training provider?

In general, I recommend you buy an overview book on SAP and on SAP MM. Also, check out one of the many youtube overviews of SAP and/or SAP MM.  This should help you get your bearings a bit.

Read this document, you will get a knowledge about SAP MM process flow..

And look at the document

This document will give you all configuration levels knowledge..

Domain : Purchase and inventory management ( 3+ yrs)
