How to disable rfc's from Trexadmin tool

Hi Experts,

While perorming reorg it took lot of time, we were requested to disable RFC's and then start reorg.

Can some one explain us how to disable RFC's from trexadmin tool.

Hi Arun,

the RFC (or any other type of the connections between application and TREX) shouldn't have any impact on the reorg performance. Who has recommended to disable the RFC? Is there a OSS message for this issue already?

Hi Mikhail,

We faced a situation where reorg was hung at one point of time , which extended our maintenace activity. So, our client has suggested for RFC disabling.

as I already told the RFC connection shouldn't have any impact on the reorg performance. Did this issue happen only one time only, or you observe this from time to time? In such caseI would like to ask you to create a OSS ticket as SAP need to look into your system.

How exactly they mentioned to disable RFC? Probably the information you are looking forward are as per SAP notes below:
