Hi,

Most likely this is due to rounding rule which rounds up the total weight in batches and updates it in the delivery document.

Please try updating (reducing) the gross weight first and then change the net weight.

The error message itself is self explanatory.  Ensure while changing manually the gross weight of a line item, it is greater than the net weight of that line item.  From the message you updated, it seems, you were trying to maintain lesser weight than net weight and hence the issue.

Check the Material Master data is the weight are correctly maintained .If the  Net weight is  maintained  more than Gross weight then change the Material weight then do delivery process again.

Hi Ravi,

There are couple of reason for that, please find those below;

1.Is your client practice the Batch Split, then you have to check all the batch movement in MB51 and minutely check the qty as there may be some fraction issue if SKU is Kg and the Sales Unit is in MT(only an example)

2.Are you maintaining the gross and net weight in the Batch classification as characteristics, then check it in the MSC2N and do the needful.

These points coming to my mind may be other can also has happened for you. Just have a check and update here.

Thanks,

Suman$
