uPerform installation 4.5

Hello Experts,

I am currently trying to install ANCILE uPerform 4.50  but unfortunately l not have a result - system doesn’t work, correctly I’ve stopped on page № 48. I use  a two-server implementation architecture, which I had unfolded on a VMware . Also l have installed  two empty Oracle database. Firewall status: OF

My system’s parameters following:

1. 1. Windows Server 2003 (x32)  has been  installed Uperform Server and Search Server.

Full computer name: uperform.ancile.com

IP address: 192.168.232.136

IE version: 6.0

1. 2.  Windows Server 2003 (x32) has been installed Database Oracle 11g.

Full computer name: db.test.com

IP address: 192.168.232.137

IE version: 6.0

Oracle SID: cola

Creating user: cola1 (all roles has been added in database)

Oracle SID: gloss

Creating user: glos1 (all roles has been added in database)

I stuck at page № 48, when l should enter Data Server Hostname, l don’t understand what Data Server Hostname l need enter.

I enter next information:

-Database Server Hostname: db.test.com

- User Name: cola

- Password: *****

- Global Database Name (service name): cola

- Port: 1521

When I complete a/n fields, appears next message:

“Database server connection failed. Unable to connect to database server db.test.com using the provided credentials. Please check the Server Name, Database Name, Username, Password and port number. Error Code: 99”

Servers have connection with each other (I can “ping”).

I added computer’s name in file “hosts” in next format:

1. 192.168.232.136        uperform.ancile.com
2. 192.168.232.137        db.test.com

I can’t understand where is my problem.

Also I have the next question.  I can’t find in Ancile Uperform Manual on which one server I have to install Oracle Data Access Components?  Also what “Product” should  choose during installation:

• oracle data access components for oracle client 11.2.0.1.2?

or

• oracle data access components for oracle server 11.2.0.1.2?

Please help... you are last hope….
