create new application server failed

Dear Experts,

i have problem when installing application server for EHP5 ERP 6.0. Here is my screen capture source installation :

I am using Windows for my Central Instance. And here is my error :

Please need advice immediately.

There will be logs in the sapinst directory. You may check them.

I have solved my problem.

Just copy folder C:\Windows\WinSxS in Central Instance Server to Application Server in the same location folder.
