Hello All,

In PLM7.02, NWBC , i have given the the values for the value assignment "Conversion Factor for Piece".  When i input data for formula while creating recipe, "an error Conversion from ML to KG is not possible for specification  xxxx" pops up

I am not able to create Recipe.  Kindly help me to solve this issue.

Hi,

please try to maintain the Density property of the specification. (e.g. 1 g/cm3)

Best regards

Tamas

Hi,

Tamas is right, that should solve the problem.

Also you can assign the SKIP_FORMULA_CHECK attribute to the status of your recipe in the customizing.

This way the error messages won't appear.

Kind Regards,

Hello Tamas and Gergely,

Thanks a lot for your reply.  After maintaining density, i was able to solve my problem.  But how do i maintain SKIP_FORMULA_CHECK attribute?  can you please message me the path for the same?

but why density is required? since i would have given the conversion details in "conversion factor for piece"

thanks a lot.

Hi,

You can find the customizing following this path:

Logistics(General) --> PLM --> PLM Web User Interface --> Recipe Development --> Recipe --> Status and Action Management --> Define Status Schema

Select the status and navigate to the Attributes sublevel. New Entries and maintain these three fields:

Status = <your status>

Obj Type = 'PLM_RCP'

Attribute = 'SKIP_FORMULA_CHECK'
