SAP LVM ENT 2.0 No authorization to call Webinstance Method

Hello,

I am not able to system in LVMENT 2.0.

Please find the below error screehshot for more details..

As per SAPNote#1474866 I have changed profile parameter "service/protectedwebmethods" value from SDEFAULT to NONE, but no luck..

Could you please advise me on this..

Yes, I have added the below parameter in host control profile parameter and  It worked for me

service/EnableRemoteDeployment = true

Hi Prasad,

You can discover it using the Host Agent (make sure the host agent is installed/running on your windows host).

Hello,

           Let me know, how to integrate BOBJ , MDM , Live cache .  It seems , one need to implement Custom service to detect it on LVM . Do we have standard script one can use for it or any information related to it will be helpful.

Hi Surya,

Yes you are right - you need to use the Custom Services feature to integrate and manage a BOBJ system with LVM and you will have to write your own scripts for that.

Currently, there's no standard scripts available for BO.

For MDM, you might have to write scripts to detect/start/stop the DB.

For LiveCache, we can detect it as part of teh SCM system (for example) but, for standalone LiveCache i'm not sure.

              Can you please let me know, whats missing here :  I am trying to call the custom script inside the Host Agent from .Conf files but its not showing up in SAP LVM , when i try "Retrieve registered script from Host".

I think the scripts need to be read only bay all users, including root.

if that does not work, please opeb a ticket.
