Hi expert,
I am facing lead time scheduling with shift.
Can you tell me how to activate lead time scheduling with shift ?
When planned order is created manually by MD11 and scheduled(backward) , I got the result as below.
* start time : 07:20:00
* finish time : 24:00:00
* finish time - start time = 60,000 second
It means system does not take shift into account.
Can you tell me what the missing point is ?
The setting is attached as below.
* scheduling tab in work center
* capacity header in work center
* intervals and shifts in work center
* setup time in routing
60,000 second
* shift definition
* work break schedules
Thank you.
Hello
Please observe that the field "active version" on the capacity header has the value 0.
That means, your intervals and shifts defined on your version 1 are not considered and system uses the standard available capacity instead.
Please change the active version to 1 and test again.

Hi Ryosuke,
When we have the shift sequence assigned to work center then while scheduling system use the time from shift sequence it overwrite standard available capacity.
Check both the formulas for calculating the execution time in the work center as well as the standard values used in the routing. Also check "Scheduling allowing for breaks" is active in system in OPU5.
For lead time scheduling you need to use have MRP control parameter Scheduling as 2 Lead Time Scheduling and Capacity Planning.
Also refer consulting notes 152319 - Consulting: Scheduling of planned order for routing
