copy control from Delivery to Billing F8

Hi,

At VTFL, the rule is maintained of copying control from standard delivery and Billing F8. In the section of copy, the following values are maintained: 009, B, D, D. The field of external delivery should be copied to the assignment number and reference number at billing, which doesn't happen. The billing document number is copied to reference field and the field of assignment is blank. How can I fix it?
