Availability check when the project is still not available.
The configuration in requirement class with special stock “Q” expects a project to exist when we create a sale order which determines the below mentioned Requirement class.
Customization:

The Availability check fails with this information message and no quantity is confirmed in schedule lines.
No Sale order number at the point where the popup is displayed.
Requirement: The project is created with the'EXIT:EXIT_SAPMV45A_003' and is not available for assignment into line item of sale order until sale order is saved. The project cannot be created at earlier points because the sale order number is the prerequisite for project/wbs number.
We would like to recall the ATP for each line item in sale order automatically after the wbs number is assigned into the sale order line item.
To me it looks each depends on other, creation of project requires sales order number and sales order item confirmation needs project WBS number. So create the sales order, then create the project, then enter the WBS in the sales order for the ATP to happen. In order to accomplish the third step (ATP to happen), you can try to explore to use t.codes V_RA or V_V2.
