[X] displayed in editor model window instead of content

Hi,

I'm searching for hints to get my VCeditor working

I have cleared all browser cache info and restarted the browser a couple of times without success

A colleague of mine with the same browser had also this issue before - but there it has started to work now - for some reason...

What can be wrong?

Hi Sonny,

1. Make sure to have the Adobe SVG viewer installed on your client machines for Visual Composer. If you encounter your VC opening any model with only a blank page instead of the storyboard/design window uninstall Adobe SVG and install it from adobe_svg_download .
2. Make sure to have the Microsoft Silverlight Plugin installed on your client machines for newer versions of Visual Composer and 7.3 / 7.4. This will be used to display VC Storyboard.
