additional data Tab display Issue in SO line item

Hi All,

In a particular sales order-Line Item- additional data tab is not displaying on my machine.

The same sales order is displaying properly on my friends machine. Strange behavior of system.

1. It's problem Only with the particular sales order.

2. If we add one more line item in that order...Tab is displaying.

Any Pointer. Where its getting wrong.

If it has GUI issue. distortion should be for all SO's.

Investigation done so far,

1. It has a problem with a Item cat ZX1.

When adding some other line item with Item cat ZX2. No problem

2. When creating SO with line item cat ZX1 again distortion problem.

When adding some other line item with item cat ZXX. No display problem.

I guess the problem is with Item category.

Moreover We have checked.SAP Supported GUI's aswell.

Is it displayed on your friend's machine if you log in with your user ID? If so then most likely the issue is with your machine (GUI installation?). If it's not displayed with your user ID on any machine then it's likely authorization / user profile issue.

Overall such oddities must be troubleshot locally, not on SCN.

Hi

It's related with an enhancement. Screen SAPMV45A 8459. Go to tcode SE51 with the help of an ABAPer (if you don't know ABAP) and check the coding.
