Unable to access CMC from outside.

I've setup Crystal Reports Server and it appears to be running.  However, when I try to hit the Central Management Console outside of the server, it just gives an Apache web server error: 404 - The Requested resource is not available.

However, I can open it just fine on the server itself.

Please help.

Hi,,,,

Please check if ur tomcat is running :
http://SERVER:PORT/CmcApp/


C - is captital in CmcApp



and id still not working
In that case, check the Tomcat logs. 



Login to server and check u are able to open

please provide more details:

verion number all details?

and screens shot availale

It's been resolved.  It was a case sensitive issue in the URL.  I didn't know Tomcat was case sensitive.

Look for any kind of firewall issues at server level and in the client machine.

Ping the server and telnet to the port hosting tomcat. Ensure that the ports are open bi-directionally. Take the assistance of your network admin who can sort out network issues.
