Inspection lot posting in previous period

Dear All,

I am at client place and not fully aware of QA32 Transaction.

My client want to post one of it's inspection lot into
previous period (back date) before closing the current period.

How we can do this?

Hi,

You can do it by following below steps,

Go to transaction QA32 and after UD you go to Inspection stock posting Tab as shown in below screen,

On above screen click on tab    .

Now you will get the posting date option as shown in below screen,

Here you can enter desirable posting date e.g. for previous period also if period is still open.

Afterwards, enter and save the transaction. In this way you can post UD in previous period or desirable date.

Dear D Sampat,

Have you created the Inspection lot automaticlly.

When you do the Usage Decision and then go on Inspection lot stock tab then there you see the Document push button on that page and there you have change the stock posting date.

This is possible for automatic Inspection Lot creation.
