REFX - LEASE IN - RERAPP ERROR / UNABLE TO MAKE POSTING

Dear Experts,

I need a clarification in  REFX - (  lease in scenario ) RERAPP posting.

For a  ( RECN) RENTAL contract tried to make the invoice posting using t-code - RERAPP, its giving the below errors and unable to post it due to the errors.

ERROR 1 :

System status AALK is active (REC XXX/10000603)

Message no. BS013

Diagnosis

Object REC XXX/10000603 has system status AALK (Account assignment locked). According to this status, transaction 'FI: Postings' is not allowed.

Procedure

You can only carry out the requested function if this is allowed according to the status of the object.

ERROR 2 :

Error in document: REACI SIMULATEREPP00000001 XXXCLNT100

Message no. RW609

Diagnosis

Errors occurred when checking or posting the document

Reference type = REACI

Reference key = SIMULATEREPP00000001

Logical system = XXXCLNT100

You can find the errors in the log.

System Response

The document cannot be posted.

Procedure

Remove the error in the document and create and post the document again.

Attached is the ERROR SCREEN SHOTS for clarity.   Can any one of you suggest me to take it further.

Error 1:

As per my understanding, contract might have have been locked. follow:

Error 2:

May be associated with error 1. Resolve error 1 and check
