Hello, everyone!
I am trying to add a new dialog instance on SAP ERP EHP 6 with SAP SWPM.
Installation hung up on starting new instance, but in SAP MMC this instance in running, I can connect to system via this instance,
and in smlg I see two servers - old and new.
What can I do ? Thanks for answers !
Hi Igor
1. In SAPMMC just do the stop & start the Dialog instance
2 Is this same kernel in CI & DI ? i thing in DI should have lower version kindly sync the CI kernel and then check the DI

Is your Kernel versión the same as CI?
Did you try a R3trans -x to check database connection?

Hi Igor,
Just stop the SWPM process.
Ensure that SAP is up and running.
Open keydb.xml under SAP installation directory . Look for "ERROR". Replace it with "OK".
Execute SWPM again. It should bypass the starting of dialog instance step and proceed with next step.
Hope this helps.
