Delivery cannot be created because the sales order is blocked by GTS

Hello,

I am unable to release the blocked sales doc in GTS,when i tried to relese the doc system throws the pop up

please see the below screen shot,

any one can throw some lights on this

Have you, by chance, already released that document in respect of another block (for example, Embargo)?

No, i haven't released ,but created another test script and released but this time i can able to release,

i didn't understand why i have got that error in the first step?

Please publish the actuvaln reason for getting delivery blocked .

i.e SPL or Emabargo or Product Classification or Licence Management .

SO that we can suggest you in this regard .

Hi Sravan,

Please let us know, whether the document is really getting reflected in the blocked documents list for a particular kind of block and you are releasing that particular block in the specified area as we have different areas for releasing blocks. Chances are that in the mean time, the concerned block might have been removed in the system and not updated as it might have been. It will be of great help, if you can provide us with the screenshots of the process followed.
