Threshold issue in UK travel Management

Hi All,

I have a doubt in UK travel management, The system checking employee threshold eligibility value based on financial year i.e 06.04.XXXX to 05.04.XXXX but i want system should check 01.04.XXXX to 31.03.XXXX, can any one help on this.

Hi All,

I could know the solution, The solution is table  V_T706P, As per HMRC the threshold eligibility for employee is from 01.04.XXXX to 31.03.XXXX. So i made changes for 'J-Anually',

Could anyone let me know whereelse it will impact other than PTRV_KMSUM.

Hi Devendra,

My understanding is that these settings apply to the period parameter which is exclusively used for mileage cumulation.  Meaning that it will only impact PTRV_KMSUM and nothing else.

Hi Davendra,

If you are talking about the threshold for mileage/travel flat rates then you can choose the dates you require in the customizing of the period parameter.  Go through the IMG nodes relating to the cumulation procedures which includes the period parameter settings.
