Hi Rahul, I have tried with that but it is not taking care of the EDI Orders and SOT (Database Tool prepared for Sales Force linked with SAP, which triggers SAP to creat sales orders). Any Solutions Please. Nandy
Why do you want to stop the sales order creation? If you let the order be created your sales people will become aware that your customer sent you an EDI order for a discontinued product, since your sales order will be unfulfillable. They will call the customer and close the order.
If on the other hand you block the creation in the EDI interface all you get is a technical error that must be handled by IT. The customer will keep waiting for an order that will never arrive.
