DSO terminates in yellow

Hi experts,

We run the DTP and ends in green.

When we manage the DSO, the status is in yellow (so the process chain fails). Attached is a screenshot of the DSO in yellow.

When we manually change it to green and activate it, the DSO works ok.

But we need to run the DTP (which finishes ok), then the DSO must be in green automatically.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Florencia

From your screen shot, request tab-->Monitor symbol, can you go inside and check it.

is it still processing or not. you need to check dtp details tab.

have you set the "quality status ok" flag?

Hi, Raf, thanks for your answer! it worked.

The thing we don't understand is:

Firstly, we checked the Quality Staus ok flag, and it didn't worked.

Secondly,  we tried checking the Quality Staus ok flag of the previous version 3.x, and it did worked!

We're using SAP BW 730.

Do you know why?

Thanks!

Florencia

Hi,

Don't change request status form yellow to green manually

check the activation/ loading job status in SM37.

check the PSA monitor and check the DTP monitor screen.

Thanks,

Phani.

Hello,

It might be possible that the DTP created, might have the manual status update field. Kindly check if the settings in DTP are as follows:

Hope it would help to understand the real cause..

Hi Florencia,

with respect to your first screenshot, all the DSO requests are not activated.

Please use the process chain step "Activate DSO Data" in your existing process chain.

Best regards,

Michael
