Hello All,
I am facing an issue in GWI synchronization.
I created an appointment at 11:00 for Mr. X. Also, invited his manager Mr. Y.
After synchronization with MS-Outlook from CRM,
in Mr.X's calender, appointment is scheduled at 11:00
in Mr.Y's calender, appointment is scheduled at 10:00
There is a discrepancy of 1 hour in their calenders.
Could you please advise what needs to be done to resolve this error?

Please find the explanation for the different timezone below:
For Eg: Sync from CRM Web UI to Outlook.
,,Time zone in Web UI: ,,,,Central Europe
,,Time Zone in the GUI: ,,,,CET
,,Time Zone for Local system: ,,Israel
,,Time zone in Sync settings:,,India
1) Appointemnt created in Web UI from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
This is shown in the Web UI calendar as 10:00AM to 10:30 AM since we
have mainatained Web UI time as Central Europe.
2) When this is transferred to Outlook, it wont consider the Local time
but the Timezone maintained in the Sync settings.
So, we recommend that all the timezones be mainatained across so that
the appointment is displayed consistentely everywhere.
Please let me know if you are now clear on the timezone functionality.
