Extracting Shipping Instructions in ME23N

Hello, I have a list of P.O's and I am looking for a report that would show me the fields Shipping Instructions and Incoterms that are in the Delivery tab.

Does such a report exist for an end-user that does not have access to the programming and all the SAP tables?

It stored in table EKPO, if you don't want to give authorization to access table EKPO, then you can create a SQVI query for these fields..

Create a SQVI query and assign the program to a T-code, and give the authorization for this t-code to user(s).

The selection field will be Purchase order, and the output field will be as per your requirement..

Although, you can give the authorization for table view. I mean just SE16 to view the table EKPO.

I dont believe there is a standard Report with that information.... You can use them as selection criteria in ME2N (dynamic variant option) , or you could create a SQVI report, assign it a t-code, and provide this to the user...
