Launchpad Error in ESS My Info in UI5

Hi,

We have configured Self-Services Landing Page to be launched from within a Portal. We used SAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_UI5_1 on HR Renewal 1. feature pack 4 system.

We see the landing page with all lanes coming up but we are seeing the below error during launching the landing page in the browser's developer tools.

domainname:port/sap/opu/odata/UI2/LAUNCHPAD/Folders('03ESS06MYINFO00')/AllLinks

We are not able to open any of the service from the landing page.

Could  you please guide us to resolve this.

Hi,

Problem got resolved.

The business function HCM_ESS_UI5_1 was not activated properly. Once it is acitivated correctly, we are able to see the landing page and lanes.
