DP91 transaction help

Hello,

I have hours that are showing as Cancelled in the dp91 transaction.  Is there a way to "un-reject" them as they are actually due to bill to the customer.

Hi ,

such kind of error occurs if the transaction is not relevant for Billing

at first look if the transaction is relevant for Billing or not

also check in DP91 , if amount is under rejection

and perform  Undo rejection as below\
