DataCleanse output fields empty

Hi,

I am using the EnglishNorthAmerica_DataCleanse transform to clean personal records, however the output fields are empty?  We are using 4.2, is there some special configuration that need to be done before we can see this?

Hello Lynne.

The first thing to verify is how your Input Data is mapped into the transform. A screen shot of your "In Use" input field mappings as well as your output fields would allow us to assist.

Hi Corrie,

Thank you.  Your reply pointed me in the right direction, I remapped some of the input fields and when I went to the output tab the output fields are now there.  Really strange.

Ok, I spoke too soon.

I created a new Data Cleanse transform and now I don't have the output column anymore, below are screenshots:

What am I missing?

On the Output tab, select the "All" or "Best Practice" radio button on the top ("In use" is currently selected).

Let me know if that does the trick.
