Dear Expert,         we are upgrade my system from ERP 6.0 to ERP 6.0 EHP 7. we are now in stage of execution phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG but we received the following error:-

and we received option as in the picture:

Kindly aid us to fix this issue.

Most XPRA reports have a report documentation that explains what

Call transaction se38 in the SAP system, enter the report name,

select 'Documentation' and click the 'Display' button.

Hi

    when we try to logon to the system we received the message upgrade is running: logon not possible.

Are we must exit from upgrade?

Also i try to select the option Accept non-severe errors and repeat phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG (Accept) but we received the same error.

Hello,

During upgrade only DDIC user will be able to login. Please note that you should exclude a XPRA only if there is a note. RDDEXECL job is failing. What is the reson for failure can be checked in
job log (SM37). Most of the times it is dump in the system.

You need to unlock the system to make any changes to the system during an upgrade.

Execute transaction SE38 run report: “RSXPRAUP” in order “to exclude this incorrect XPRA from the start in the case of repetition. You will need the name of the failing report,in your case it is : RS_TCO_ACTIVATION_XPRA

After this you can repeat the phase and confirm .

For more as per SAP SUM Central Note 1843776

Ignorable short dumps LOAD_NOT_FOUND_AFTER_GEN in Phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG

After the upgrade you might find short dumps LOAD_NOT_FOUND_AFTER_GEN that happenend (from a time perspective) during phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG if your system was upgraded to Kernel Version 7.41 PL 23 or lower.

You can ignore these short dumps. The problem is fixed with Kernel 7.41 PL 24.
