Hi,
My scenario is, Material return from customer and pay the freight charges to transporter Vendor for returning the material.
I am doing the process, Return Sale order (RE) – Return Delivery (LR) – PGR - Shipment – Billing. I am able to do the sale order, delivery and PGR. When creating the shipment (VT01N) but return delivery is unable to pickup in Shipment (VT01N).
Please suggest, what is setting to be check for pickup the return delivery in VT01N.

Activate Transportation Relevance for the Delivery type .

Hi,
Please check the following:
1. Whether route is determined in the sales order / delivery. If not, check route determination settings.
2. Whether the transportation relevance has been maintained for the delivery type, delivery item types, and routes in the path: SPRO - Logistics Execution - Transportation - Shipments - Maintain Transportation Relevance. If not, maintain the same.
3. Whether you have selected the correct shipment type in VT01N

is the delivery item category of the return order marked as relevant for picking?
