Costing based COPA

Hi All,

I wanted to know reports from costing based COPA will reconcile with trial balance of the company?? as in costing based copa value fields will be used not g/l.

Truth is it never reconciles and one has to make some efforts towards that

The reason for not reconciling is that Wip does not post to CO anymore. Earlier there used to be a loophole using which I posted it in copa and reconciled

However, your case does not have wip in my opinion. So, yes, it can reconcile.

There are no reports as such. You can search 2 of my links in Scn wherein I explained the steps to reconcile

Hi Nitisha,

There are no standard reports which you can use to reconcile with trial balance.

Normally, you should create your report using KE33 (create form in KE36 and assign to report) in such a way that you can reconcile your FSV with KE30.

KE24 is line report which will show line item data for each COPA document. But this, I suppose, is not what you are looking
