Cannot get exclusive access to model (Cube builder)

Dear Experts,

Iam presently working on SSM 10.0, and when I try to build (or re-build) model using cube builder, when I say Build PAS model, I face error saying "Cannot get exclusive access to model".

- Few days before account pipadmin of SSM had got locked and I had to unlock it though Netweaver admistrator, since then Iam facing this error.

- The link SSM_CB_EA is successful and CBDEFAULT model connection is also present.

Kindly help me with this.

Hi,

Checks if the database is in use.

You can run the PAS command "sup kill conn [model name]" and that should disconnect any users to that model.
