Issue in Nakisa Succession Planning search

Hi all,

We are on Nakisa succession planning  3.0 although Product version show 7.0 and build no is

Product Version:

  1. 7.0

Build Version:

0700045700

We are facing issue while doing employee search under My work area, we have different ways to search like first name, employee id, personnel area, Employee Grade, Position Grade and so many. We are facing issue in Employee Grade and position Grade, both are custom fields.

If we select personnel area, it will list all personnel areas in drop down and we can select particular personnel area and find, likewise if we select employee grade and position grade, it would not list any employee grade or position grade. It was showing that list earlier as per the business but not now.

Can you please help to understand if this is a Trex issue or how to trouble shoot this issue. I hope I am clear with my requirement.

It was showing that list earlier as per the business but not now.

Are you saying the search results return but are out of date?

If so, it sounds like the data is not being delta indexed correctly.

Thanks stephen!!

The actual issue was Payscale grades were hardcoded in employee grade search xml. we are no more using same payscale grades. So we changed the payscale grades and it resolved problem.
