500 SAP Internal Server Error ERROR

Dear all,

I tried to insert the Web Client in the Favorites. The steps are as follows:

1. add other objects

2. add the web client:

3. Web Client added.

But if I click on the button, I will receive following error message:

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Secure Storage: Entry was created with another SID (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)

Please help me for this issue and let me know if I did anything wrong.

NOTE:WUI t-code (webclient UI) is working great

Hi Yacine filler,

have you solved your problem.. if not just fallow this it might help full to you..

instead of taking crm_ui_frame i am taking crm_ui_start.

if u want to provide name and value..

this is my favorites.. when i click start web ui under favorites..

it will display all the business roles..

i have created CRM_UI_FRAME in my  Favorites it working fine..

click on enter..

it will add UI FRAME as my Favorites. like this..

click on that it will display like this..

I checked it's already added in the host file

also I checked answer in the URL

in this sentence "If this system was NOT built with a copy of another system then you may delete the redundant entries in SECSTORE."

how I can delete the redundant entries in SECSTORE can you guide me

Hi Yacine,

Before deleting the entries I'll advise you to ask basis consultant to have a look (as this activity comes under Basis).

You can delete redundant entries by performing below steps;

Tcode: SECSTORE, execute the program (F8);

Either you can delete all redundant entries in one go or can delete one by one (Deleting all in one go will not be a good idea as it can affect the other services, so will advise to check with Basis Consultant what entries to be deleted);

and I checked again the same error occur

it's working I get login page and after I redirected to webclient UI I don't know why because I need to go for zlinks transaction

bythe way I get message error

I checked using rz11 tcode for vmcj/enable parameters I see it's off how I can get it on

I not found any instruction to activate it

Hi Yacine,

Tcode: RZ10, give profile name (you can press F4 and search, there you need to choose Instance Profile)

Click on Create Parameter;

Give Parameter name vmcj/enable press enter, and you'll get below screen;

Exit and check the same in RZ11 you'll get the value ON there also.

thank you for your help I followed your instruction step by step

when I click change I get list of profile parameters and I clicked create pushbotton I filled vmcj/enable and when I press enter the value is empty is like create it from beginner

I was confused why the parameter value not appear  I click the small box to see which parameter name are available but I can't find vmcj/enable

bytheway I tried to fill "on" value and save it

and log off and restart the server

when I come back and check rz10 the value I added before nothing found

just the old value like before

Hi Yacine,

You just need to paste value and press enter and it'll show on in Parameter Value Field.

I'll suggest to press enter than save. Check in RZ11 if it's ON then don't need to restart the server.

If this resolves the issue than good otherwise I can see you're having 4 Instance check one by one in that profile by adding parameter.

yeah I did I paste value and I press enter no param value filled

and the other instance not working when I click edit message error appear

"Server iwdfvm2_ISZ_01 is not active - action cannot be executed"

Hi Yacine,

I can see there are no vmcj entries, try to maintain it.

Also check in SM52 if VMC is activated or not.

in rz10 I check all profile I can't find vmcj entries at all

I check SM52 in the status I see VMC is not active

When I click virtual machine container->activate In status I see

"VMC status could not be changed"

I'm confused from this problem

Hi Yacine,

Yes until and unless vmcj/enable = on VMC will not get active.

Please make the missing entries in RZ10 and restart the server;

vmcj/option/maxJavaHeap = 200M

vmcj/option/ps = 512M

vmcj/enable = on

If problem persist then ask basis consultant (basically basis consultant needs to set the entries in RZ10) to implement SAP Note 854170 - Switching on the component "VM Container"

I added the parameter

and after I tried SM52 vmc still not active I restart the system

the profile is back to initial state

and after  I checked using rz11

I don't know what's wrong or I'm missing something

Hi Yacine,

It should work but somehow it's not getting enable. Can you please check with Basis Consultant, he needs to check all the entries in profile.

I'll check with my buddy and will update you on Monday. It's not a big deal so no need of getting confuse.
