zlinks tcode not working

Hi experts,
I am new to CRM, learning on my system,I want to work on webclient, when I am entering zlinks tcode, the explorer is not opening any page.
What should be the required configurations.
Please guide me.

NOTE:WUI t-code (webclient UI) is working great

Hi Yacine,

No customer Tcote like zlinks has been created in your system.

What you can do is go to the favorites in your CRM GUI screen. Right click on the favorites and select "Add other objects". Select BSP application.

Then provide the following information:

1) BSP Applicat.= CRM_UI_FRAME

2) Description= any meaningful information like "Web CRM link"

3) Start page= default.htm

Please also check if tcode: crm_ui is working or not.
