Agentry server connectivity issue with SAP server

Hello,

We have installed Syclo Add-on on the server, which was hosted on the cloud And Agentry server installed on the local network. But when we connect Agentry server from our local network to SAP (Cloud network) it gives the error as per the 2nd attachment. To test we have installed the Agentry server on SAP server in the cloud Network and connectivity work fine as per the 1nd attachment We want to connect Agentry server with SAP from the local network Just for your information everything is working fine before 1 day Please find the attachment for your reference We have opened Connection and maintained credentials in secured area

Please check once  that there are proper access rights to connect from one network to other,check the firewall settings...etc.

Hi,

The network and firewall settings were untouched from last so many time

Is there any changes needs to be done from SAP side

All the connectivity works fine before some time
