SAPB1H Version 9.0 INSTALLATION DOESN'T WORK AFTER REBOOT SERVER

Former Member

WE INSTALLED SAP B1H VERSION 9.0, AFTER WE REBOOT THE SERVER FOR THE FIRST TIME, THE SERVER TOOLS STOPPED WORKING.  IN ORDER TO FIX THE PROBLEM, WE HAD TO REMOVE SERVER TOOLS, REINSTALL AND UPGRADE SERVER TOOLS AGAIN, INSTALL LICENSE AND FINALLY UPGRADE COMMON DATABASE.

EVERYTIME WE REBOOT THE SERVER, THE PROBLEM REMAINS THE SAME. DOES ANYONE HAS THE SAME SITUATION?

Hi Claudia,

By "not working", do you mean /etc/init.d/b1servertools restart doesn't work as well? What's the error when you access SLD control center? https://serverAddress:40000/ControlCenter

And what's your PL version?

Is SAMBA started? I' not sure if it's the cause but your mention of reboot reminds me that this component is required to autostart but it's supposed to impact shared folder.

Hi Nagarajan, thanks for your answer, but we don't have any firewall or antivirus enabled, and I've already check that thread, and helped us to reinstall  server tools. The problem is that everytime we reboot the server we have to follow that procedure.
