LSO - Authoring tool and TREX connection

Hi,

We are configuring the LSO and installed the authoring tool . We are using the KM from the portal as content repository and indexed the documents.

In the portal we can see the TREX and everyhting is green.

In TREX server we have created the RFC connection between the ABAP and TREX and in the Portal Visual admin we have set the TREX configuraitons adding the tcpip://server:port.

According with Settings for the TREX Search Engine (Optional) - Configuration of SAP Learning Solution/SAP Enterpri...

The URL of the TREX name server and the ID of the newly created index must be used to configure the authoring tool.

It is as follows: tcpip://server:port.

Server is the name of the TREX name server and Port that of the TCP/IP port, to which the name server is configured.

Could you confirm if it refers to the property that is on the Visual Admin?

When we try to search for some content from the authoring tool we have this error:

TREX-Error: 7217: TREX Name Server (including back-up servers) is down or not accessable

Could someone help us?
