Cost planning wbs with activity only

Hi

I need to create and assign an activity type to a W B S element and enter the rate plan rate. This will be similar to KP26 wherein you enter Cost Center and activity type with a plan rate. Here instead of Cost Center, I need to enter WBS  1 and activity type with a plan rate say 10$

Then I confirm some actual hours against to an internal order number  700 say 5 hours  with a settlement to a WBS 2 .

Therefore the entry will be

Dr. Internal Order number 700     50$  (5X10)

Cr. WBS 1                                    50$ (5X10)

I also have a actual debit or expenses booked against WBS 1 is 70$

It means after confirmation of above to an internal order,

Dr. Expenses         70$

Cr. Confirmation     50$

balance unabsorbed against WBS 1 is 20$

Now I want to use revaluation of internal order functionality

Now I expect to see another debit to internal order

Dr. Internal Order number 700 with 20$

Cr. WBS1                                         20$

Now I settle the internal order to WBS 2, which will be

Dr. WBS 2   70$

Cr. Internal order 70$

I like to know if the above scenario is possible in PS, like setting up of a T code similar to KP26,

If I want to use revaluation of internal order what is configuration can I do?

I first like to map activity type with WBS only. Please if I can do it.
