Straight Differential Pay

Hi Experts,

We have an issue where employees are getting paid Weekend shift premium at a uniform rate of 1.

But we have one employee who is getting paid weekend shift premium @.98.

I have checked ALP table, its displaying .98 rate.

Not sure and why for this employee only we are getting this rate calculated.

Hi Kedhar,

Yes the calculation is getting done by rule.

Rule ZPRM, says if there is any day premium OUTALPRAKN, Operation OUTZL will enter the information from table ZL. Operation FILLW will read the Absence as well as ALP split of the current time pair and add the value to DZL table.
