Hi Vanitha
I hope you are keeping well. Regarding your query of "wanting to remove/hide the two coloumns PRIORITY and DUE DATE in UWL".
I would recommend reviewing the following documentation which provides an overview on how to Personalize the UWL Display.

If you do at iview level definitely it should effect for all users until unless your using standard role.
If your using customized MSS role then you do it at role level in content admin
SAP->line_manager->Add on-for MSS-> Roles -> MSS role
Open and Navigate to Universal Worklist, here preview and do the same steps.
Hi Shankar Reddy,

Please follow below help document to create custom configurations for UWL.
How To Create Custom Views - Business Task Management - SAP Library
Have you tried using XML ? http://scn.sap.com/thread/1512977 http://scn.sap.com/thread/3234996 http://scn.sap.com/thread/1872044
You can hide by doing personalization for UWL iview in Content Admin level with administrator ID.
Content Administrator -> MSS -> Iviews -> Universal Worklist
Right click on this iview and preview
Then do personalization as shown below screen shots
Click on Menu -> Personalization
Click on Priority column and then click on Remove from Current View button
Do same for Due Date Column and then click on Save button
Now those two columns will not display.
