SCM 7.0 ehp3 upgrade - Log files analysis

Hi Experts,

I have just now finished SCM 7.0 > SCM 7.0 EHP3 upgrade with SUM tool.

Could you please tell me the files to be analyzed in the log directory to find out taken time for each phases and encountered errors summary.

I will appreciate your help and guidance.

Hi,

Check the ProcessOverview.xml file  at <SUM directory>/SUM/sdt/htdoc.

In final phase SUM will pop-up  download the ProcessOverview.zip file to your desktop , If  you are not downloaded this file , please check the above mentioned location at OS level.

There should be a file called ProcessOverview.zip at <SUM directory>/SUM/sdt/htdoc. You may check that.

Apart from processoverview.zip, what are all other files to be analyzed and checked for encounteted errors and taken time for each phases ?

Any particular files inside the processoverview.zip?

What did you find in the zip file?

What exactly are you trying to find out?
